prtty is a workout tracking platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use prtty.

2. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.
• Provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable use

Use prtty for tracking your training. Don't:

• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
• Upload malicious content or abuse the platform.
• Use prtty for anything illegal.

4. Your data

You own your workout data. We store it to provide the service. You can export your data at any time (CSV or JSON) and request account deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

5. Not medical advice

prtty is a tracking tool, not a medical or fitness professional. We don't provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program. Use the platform at your own risk.

6. Service availability

We do our best to keep prtty running, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We're not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you export your data first, unless the violation is severe.

8. Limitation of liability

prtty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
